▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing three-dimensional porous inorganic non-metal element doped graphene aerogel composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in aqueous solution, placing dispersed solution in a reaction kettle (I), adding inorganic non-metal source to reaction kettle (II), carrying out hydrothermal reaction, washing hydrothermal reaction product, freezing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional porous inorganic non-metal element doped graphene aerogel composite material, which is useful as supercapacitor electrode material or lithium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional porous inorganic non-metal element doped graphene aerogel composite material with excellent stability and electrochemical performance and without agglomeration phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for three-dimensional porous inorganic non-metal element doped graphene aerogel composite material prepared by the method.
