NOVELTY - The preparation of conductive polymer composite nano thin film material involves forming graphene oxide and carbon nanotube composite nano thin film on the substrate, placing nano thin film containing a gas phase conductive polymer monomer molecule in a closed environment, reacting in closed environment, carrying out polymerization of conducting polymer monomer, forming conductive polymer film on the surface of the nano structure, and reducing nanometer graphene oxide film. USE - Preparation of conductive polymer composite nano thin film material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive polymer composite nano thin film material with excellent conductivity and high specific surface area by simple and control process.
