NOVELTY - Microporous foam material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2 pts. wt. lubricant and 1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The microporous foam material is useful in the preparation of any one of wave-absorbing products, energy storage products and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The micro-porous foam material has excellent electrical performance and thermal performance. The unique microstructure of the material provides graded electrical and thermal performances for the composite material. The layered structure of gradient grading is good for enhancing the loss of electromagnetic wave in the material, the wave-absorbing material, energy storage material and sensor field have wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the microcellular foam material comprising: 1) mixing the thermoplastic resin, modified graphene, plasticizer, lubricant and antioxidant according to the mass ratio mixing, extruding, cooling and pelletizing to obtain graphene resin composite masterbatch; 2) introducing the graphene resin composite masterbatch in the injection molding machine, controlling the injection speed, inject nitrogen into the cylinder, and dissolving under constant temperature and pressure conditions graphene resin composite master batch is saturated until saturated, releasing pressure, and cooling to room temperature.
