NOVELTY - Porous titanium dioxide modified asphalt comprises porous titanium dioxide, modifier, asphalt, calcium sulfate whiskers, microcrystalline cellulose and modified rubber composition with a mass ratio of 26:14-22:89-105:8-15:6-13:12-20. The porous titanium dioxide comprises tetrabutyl titanate, ethylacetate, ethyl carbonate, asphalt, lithium hydroxide, water, SE-10 emulsifier, melamine and carbontetrachloride with a mass ratio of 34:85-100:56-80:12-28:29-36:12-30:7-15:28-32:13-21. The modifier is polyether polyurethane resin solution, graphene solution, strontium emulsifier, acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, water and 819 photoinitiator with a mass ratio of 30:9-15:3-8:9-17:15-26:6-13:0.03-0.1-10. The modified rubber is composed of styrene-butadiene rubber, maleic anhydride, benzoyl peroxide, and trimellitium acid anhydride, bisphenol A epoxy resin and acrylic acid with a mass ratio of 35:5-11:0.02-0.3:7-16:18-35:5-12. USE - Used as porous titanium dioxide modified asphalt. ADVANTAGE - The asphalt excellent low-temperature flexibility and temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing porous titanium dioxide modified asphalt (i) adding styrene butadiene rubber, maleic anhydride, benzoyl peroxide, bisphenol A epoxy resin and acrylic acid to the high-speed mixer at a mixing speed of 700 revolutions/minutes and maintaining the system reaction temperature at 30 degrees C, reacting for 5 minutes, heating to 120-180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, cooling, transferring material to a crusher and crushing to micron level, transferring material to a high-speed mixer at a mixing speed of 700 revolutions/minutes to maintain the system reaction, reacting for 5 minutes at 30 degrees C, adding trimellitic anhydride to the high-speed mixer, and continuing to react for 5 minutes while maintaining the above reaction conditions to obtain a modified rubber; (ii) adding polyether polyurethane resin solution and the graphene solution to the reaction kettle, stirring at a speed of 200 revolutions/minute, maintaining reaction temperature of the system at 30 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding Sr-10 emulsifier, acrylic acid, and acrylic acid mixture of butyl ester, water and 819 photoinitiator to the reaction kettle at the addition rate of 0.2 pts. wt./minute, reacting for 30 minutes under the above reaction conditions, exposing product to 3000W LED ultraviolet light for 5-30 second, and exposing product to 90 degrees C. under -0.1MPa vacuum drying for 5 hours, crushing to obtain modifier; (iii) adding ethyl acetate, ethyl carbonate, pitch, SE-10 emulsifier, melamine and carbon tetrachloride to the reaction kettle at a stirring speed of 180 revolutions/minute and a reaction temperature of 50 degrees C to react for 20 minutes, adding tetrabutyl titanate to the reaction kettle for 15 minutes while maintaining the above reaction conditions, adding lithium hydroxide and water mixture to the reaction kettle at an addition rate of 0.03 pts. wt./minute, maintaining the above reaction conditions to continue the reaction for 30 minutes under the condition of carbon dioxide gas flow, maintaining the carbon dioxide gas flow rate at 0.2 pts. wt./minute, maintaining the stirring speed at 300 revolutions/minute, reacting at 55 degrees C for 7-10 hours under -0.1MPa vacuum drying for 5 hours, crushing, the product is heat treated at 100 degrees C for 1 hours, heat treating at 200 degrees C for 2 hours, 300 degrees C for 2 hours, 400 degrees C for 1 hours, 500 degrees C for 3 hours, 550 degrees C for 3 hours, crushing, washing with 3% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution 3 times, washing with water 3 times, washing with ethanol 3 times, and drying to obtain porous titanium dioxide; and (iv) adding porous titanium dioxide, modifier, asphalt, calcium sulfate whiskers, microcrystalline cellulose and modified rubber to the internal mixer, and banning it at 20-100 degrees C for 15-50 minutes.
