▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing catalyst comprises (1) reacting 1-isocyanato-5-aminonaphthalene with graphene oxide to obtain modified graphene oxide (GO-NDI), and (2) reacting the modified graphene oxide obtained in step (1) with metal ions to obtain graphene-supported metal catalyst. USE - The catalyst is useful for diisopropylbenzene oxidation to prepare 2,2'-(phenylene)dipropan-2-ol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: significantly improves the selectivity of 2,2'-(phenylene)dipropan-2-ol and reduces the accumulation of peroxides; and mainly solves the problems of complex production process of diisopropylbenzene oxidation reaction and mismatch of redox speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) catalyst prepared by above method. The1-isocyanato-5-aminonaphthalene and metal based catalyst is of formula (I); and (2) preparing 2,2'-(phenylene)dipropan-2-ol by oxidation of diisopropylbenzene, comprising adding diisopropylbenzene, sodium hydroxide solution and the catalyst to a reactor, introducing oxygen to carry out the oxidation reaction.
