▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing lightweight three dimensional nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene complex absorbing coating comprises: (i) taking molybdenum disulfide, graphene oxide and ascorbic acid as raw material, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, heating under water bath, carrying out redox reaction for self - assembled into three dimensional nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene block; (ii) drying molybdenum disulfide-graphene block in a freeze dryer for 6-10 hours;(iii) grinding of step (ii) blocks into powder, adding anhydrous ethanol-soluble epoxy resin and curing agent, preparing into slurry and heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing lightweight three dimensional nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene complex absorbing coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, quick and suitable for large area wave absorbing coating material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lightweight three dimensional nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene complex absorbing coating comprises: (i) taking molybdenum disulfide, graphene oxide and ascorbic acid as raw material, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, heating under water bath, carrying out redox reaction for self - assembled into three dimensional nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene block; (ii) drying molybdenum disulfide-graphene block in a freeze dryer for 6-10 hours;(iii) grinding of step (ii) blocks into powder, adding anhydrous ethanol-soluble epoxy resin and curing agent, preparing into slurry, heating with ethanol to obtain complex absorbent material, where the amount of epoxy resin filled is 70-90 wt.% and the amount of curing agent is 5-15 wt.% and the content of molybdenum disulfide-graphene complex powder is 10-20%; (iv) pretreating of matrix; and (v) preparing nano molybdenum disulfide-graphene complex absorbing coating on the substrate by brushing or spin coating.
