NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene-rolling water water volt PN junction comprises (a) dispersing graphene oxide or single-sided selective graphene oxide, adding sodium hydroxide and monochloroacetic acid and ultrasonicating, (b) dispersing graphene oxide or single-sided selective graphene oxide, adding ethylenediamine and dicyclohexylcarbimide and allowing to react, (c) heating prepared graphene solution of carboxylated graphene and aminated graphene, adding into liquid nitrogen and quenching, taking out and freeze-drying in situ, (d) dispersing carboxylated graphene roll and aminated graphene roll, (e) coating two graphene oxide layers on the top and bottom of the substrate and (f) coating upper and lower halves respectively with carboxylated graphene roll slurry and aminated graphene roll slurry on the side of the substrate, coating next area and drying to obtain a functionalized graphene- rolling water water volt PN junction, which can be used for moisture power generation devices. USE - The method is useful for humidity sensors and moisture power generation. ADVANTAGE - The method: generates electrical energy in an external circuit; has green and stable power generation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized graphene-rolling water water volt PN junction comprises (a) dispersing 100 mg graphene oxide or single-sided selective graphene oxide in water, adding 6 g sodium hydroxide and 5 g monochloroacetic acid and ultrasonicating for 3 hours to obtain carboxylated graphene, (b) dispersing 100 mg graphene oxide or single-sided selective graphene oxide in 100 ml dimethylformamide (DMF), adding 15 g ethylenediamine and 5 g dicyclohexylcarbimide and allowing to react at 120 degrees C for 48 hours to obtain aminated graphene, (c) heating the prepared graphene solution of carboxylated graphene and aminated graphene, adding into liquid nitrogen and quenching after the graphene oxide solution is boiled, taking out after the solution is completely frozen and freeze-drying in situ to obtain carboxylated graphene rolls and aminated graphene rolls, (d) dispersing the carboxylated graphene roll and aminated graphene roll in a solvent to obtain a slurry, (e) coating two graphene oxide layers on the top and bottom of the substrate to obtain the upper electrode and lower electrode after conventional microwave reduction treatment and (f) coating the upper and lower halves respectively with carboxylated graphene roll slurry and aminated graphene roll slurry on the side of the substrate, where the upper electrode and the lower electrode are arranged, coating the next area after one area is completely dried and drying to obtain a functionalized graphene- rolling water water volt PN junction, which can be used for moisture power generation devices.
