NOVELTY - High-strength polyethylene (PE) foamed cable material, comprises 40-170 pts. wt. PE foam material, 30-100 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene resin, 10-40 pts. wt. added auxiliary materials, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder, 5-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin filler, 10-30 pts. wt. nano-polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 3-10 pts. wt. reducing agent, 3-7 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-8 pts. wt. heat-resistant stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-corrosion agent, 4-9 pts. wt. toughening material, 2-5 pts. wt. polymer colorant and 3-6 pts. wt. antistatic agent. USE - Used as high-strength polyethylene foamed cable material. ADVANTAGE - The addition of anti-corrosion agent can carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the cable material itself, so as to prevent the corrosion of the cable caused by long-term use and damage that affects the service life of the cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of a kind of high-strength PE foam cable material, comprising (i) taking PE foam material, low-density polyethylene resin and add auxiliary material, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning process by PE foam material, low-density polyethylene resin and adding auxiliary material; (ii) crushing and screening the PE foam material, low-density polyethylene resin and added auxiliary materials to obtain the first material; (iii) adding the epoxy resin filler into the first material, then pouring the reducing agent, heating to 90-120°C and mixing evenly to obtain the second material; (iv) pouring the toughening material into the second material for heating, and spraying the PVC resin micropowder and nano-polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder evenly while heating and mixing processing to obtain the third material; (v) adding carbon black, heat-resistant stabilizer and anti-corrosion agent into the third material, mixing and stirring at a speed of 50-120 revolutions per minute, and heating to 70-90°C at the same time, stopping heating after stirring for 20-40 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the fourth material; (vi) taking the foaming agent and the antistatic agent, and performing mixed foaming treatment to obtain the fifth material; (v) mixing polymer colorant and the cable base material to obtain the cable base material; (viii) passing mixed cable base material into the granulator, granulating at 200-350 revolutions per minute, where the material extruded from the granulator is cooled and pelletized, and packaging.
