NOVELTY - Novel graphene polyamide filament comprises 20-30 wt.% polyamide resin, 10-15 wt.% maleic anhydride, 12-16 wt.% grafting agent, 14-17 wt.% crosslinking agent, 9-12 wt.% bamboo fiber, 16-24 wt.% modified antibacterial agent, 7-10 wt.% graphene, 4-7 wt.% graphene hydrogel and 3-6 wt.% organic solvent. USE - The novel graphene polyamide filament is useful in optical, electrical, mechanical, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery applications. ADVANTAGE - The method preliminarily modifies polyamide resin through the grafting agent chloroprene adhesive and crosslinking agent protocatechuic aldehyde, improves molecular branching degree of the polyamide resin and weakening the intermolecular hydrogen bond, increases flexibility of the polyamide resin, increases tensile strength and impact strength of the modified polyamide resin, improves polarity of the antibacterial agent and interfacial effect of the internal interface by modifying the antibacterial agent, and greatly increases antibacterial properties and insulation of the polyamide resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for spinning method of novel graphene polyamide filament suing maleic anhydride, modified polyamide resin, cysteine aqueous solution, trihydroxymethyl aminomethane, sodium borohydride, glacial acetic acid, deionized water, and organic solvent.
