▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible transparent composite electrode based on three-dimensional graphene comprises flexible transparent substrate and three-dimensional graphene. The three-dimensional graphene covers the surface of the flexible transparent substrate to obtain composite electrode structure. USE - The composite electrode is useful for preparing solar battery, flat panel displays and thin film transistor. ADVANTAGE - The composite electrode: has high mechanical strength and high electron mobility, good transparency, large surface area and energy storage density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible transparent composite electrode based on three-dimensional graphene, comprising (i) placing the clean foam metal substrate in the constant temperature area of tubular furnace CVD system, growing three-dimensional graphene in the environment of gas carbon source and shielding gas to obtain three-dimensional graphene/metal composite, where the The symbol / indicates that the former is on the latter, (ii) transfering the 3D graphene onto the target substrate: (ii.a) spinning polymethylmethacrylate glue on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene/metal composite in two stages, uniformly coating the 900 revolutions/minute (rpm) low-speed rotating for 5-20 seconds, and uniformly coating the 3500 rpm high speed rotating for 20-100 seconds, (ii.b) placing polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) plastic coated three-dimensional graphene/metal composite on a hot plate at constant temperature of 80 degrees C, heating for 20-60 minutes to obtain PMMA/3D graphene/metal composites, (ii.c) immersing PMMA/three-dimensional graphene/metal composite in a concentration of 0.28 M ammonium persulfate solution for 5-7 hours, removing the metal substrate to obtain PMMA/three-dimensional graphene composite, (ii.d) adding PMMA/three-dimensional graphene composite into deionized water, diluting for 20 minutes, using PMMA/ three-dimensional graphene composition for flexible transparent target substrate and drying at 50 degrees Cto obtain PMMA/three-dimensional graphene / target substrate composite, (ii.e) immersing PMMA/3D graphene /target substrate composite in acetone for 12 hours or more, removing PMMA glue, picking up into alcohol, soaking for 20 minutes to remove residual acetone impurities, heating plate at 45-60 degrees C and drying to obtain three-dimensional graphene/target substrate composite and completing preparation flexible transparent composite electrode based on three-dimensional graphene.
