▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Adding graphene derivatives in both active layer and substrate layer involves adding predetermined quantity of graphene derivatives to predetermined quantity of organic solvent; mixing graphene derivatives with organic solvent in predetermined ratio to form graphene dispersion; adding predetermined quantity of graphene dispersion to polymer melt and casting substrate layer in predetermined thickness; initiating process of phase inversion to form graphene polymer substrate; homogeneous mixing of graphene derivatives with first monomer in predetermined concentration to form graphene monomer; uniformly spreading graphene monomer on graphene embedded substrate; and initiating process of interfacial polymerization of graphene monomer by addition of second monomer for development of active layer. USE - Method for adding graphene derivatives in both active layer and substrate layer used in filtration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to increase permeability, antifouling, antiviral and antibacterial properties of membranes, achieves enhanced salt rejection and water flux, inactivates all microbes in water, and does not let organic matter stick to surface due to hydrophilicity and negatively charged surface of membrane.
