NOVELTY - Plastic filling master batch comprises 35-45 pts. wt. kaolin, 20-24 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene butylene-styrene, 2-3 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. copper phthalocyanine, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 2-8 pts. wt. antibacterial agent. The dispersant is methyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in ratio (1-3):(1-3):(1-3). The antibacterial agent is methylisothiazolinone, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-3-isothiazolone in ratio (1-3):(1-3):(1-3). USE - Plastic filling master batch. ADVANTAGE - The plastic filling master batch is convenient to form, and has good chemical stability, excellent mechanical property and antibacterial property.
