▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heterometallic nanoparticle-carbon hybrid catalyst comprises heterometallic nanoparticles (I) supported on a carbon-based support. USE - The heterometallic nanoparticle-carbon hybrid catalyst is useful for fuel cell i.e., polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heterometallic nanoparticle-carbon hybrid catalyst is economical, has particularly excellent catalytic activity, and has an effect of maintaining long-term operation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heterometallic nanoparticle-carbon hybrid catalyst comprises heterometallic nanoparticles of formula (MxA) (I) supported on a carbon-based support. M = Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, and/or Au; A = Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and/or Zn; and x = 1.55-3.8. Provided that M is Ni, and A is Pt, when x is 2-2.4; and M is Co, and A is Pt, when x is 2.2-2.4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing heterometallic nanoparticle-carbon hybrid catalyst, comprising (a) preparing a metal precursor composition by adding each of the M metal compound and the A metal compound to the first organic solvent, (b) mixing a dispersion obtained by dispersing a carbon-based support in a second organic solvent into the metal precursor composition of step (a) and heating the mixture, and (c) cooling the composition subjected to step (b) to 20-40 degrees C, washing and drying to obtain a hybrid catalyst. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graph showing the LSV measurement result of a hybrid catalyst for a fuel cell.
