▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The pressure sensor (2) has a membrane (3) which comprises an outer graphene layer and a carbon nanotube layer. The graphene layer is arranged over the carbon nanotube layer and the membrane includes a curved or cylindrical shape. The membrane comprises an inner graphene layer provided beneath the carbon nanotube layer. The membrane comprises a plastic layer beneath the carbon nanotube layer. USE - Pressure sensor used for detecting acoustic waves used in fields of oil and gas. Can also be used for detecting possible tumors, used in medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The possibility to record an entire wavefield of acoustic and associated modes azimuthally around a drilling sub at a high discrete spatial sampling rate is enabled. The ability to measure the wavefield at all angles at the same time can provide a complete free rotation alignment of the traces, and the increased sampling rate can eliminate or significantly reduce the uncertainty of full waveform records. The use of an azimuthal array of ultrasonic transmitters can eliminate the need to rotate ultrasonic receivers and has capability to record long waveforms without electronic cross talk. The ability to measure the field at all angles at the same time is provided to complete free rotation alignment of the traces and the increased sampling rate is eliminated or significantly reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of detecting acoustic waves. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a partially cut-out cross-sectional view of a logging while drilling (LWD) sub. Drilling sub (1) Sensor (2) Membrane (3)
