NOVELTY - Electrically conductive paste comprises 5-10 pts. wt. bismaleimide, 5-8 pts. wt. matrix resin, 1-2 pts. wt. epoxy diluent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. modified nano silver flakes supported graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 65-75 pts. wt. micro silver powder, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Electrically conductive paste used for solar cell and for producing electrodes used in printed circuit board (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrically conductive paste is oxidation resistant, heat resistant, and has high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, good mechanical property and high machine intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for producing electrically conductive paste, which involves mixing bismaleimide, matrix resin, epoxy diluent and dispersing agent, adding amino acid modified micro silver powder, modified nano silver flakes supported graphene, curing agent, curing accelerator and dispersing agent, mixing and adding to micro silver powder mixture, adding coupling agent and antioxidant, and uniformly stirring mixture to obtain product; and (2) modified nano silver flakes supported graphene, which involves adding acetone solution to 1-pyrenebutyric acid and mixing at 20-30 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain non-covalently bonded modified nano silver flakes supported graphene.
