NOVELTY - Thermal interface material comprises three-dimensional graphene skeleton including graphene sheets, where the three-dimensional graphene framework includes graphene sheets, which are vertically oriented micropores between the graphene sheets. USE - The thermal interface material is useful for electronic packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermal interface material: has continuous and uniform vertically oriented micropores, and continuously arranged graphene in horizontal direction; contains graphene, which has excellent thermal property and can be maintained without being destroyed itself in the graphene sheet, and can be widely used in thermal conductive composite materials and thermal interface materials fields. The preparation method: produces thermal interface material by mild foaming method, and prepares fluffy three-dimensional graphene framework, which has a highly oriented porous structure layer by layer; and is simple and rapid and has cost low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermal interface material, comprising immersing the graphene paper in a mixture containing an expansion agent, expanding and foaming to obtain three-dimensional graphene framework.
