NOVELTY - Method for preparing an elastic complex involves using graphene carbon fiber to implant in a three-dimensional fiber material to obtain an initial elastomer, where the 3D fiber material adopts a 3D hollow structure, and the carbon fiber is a grid structure. Latex and/or a sponge and the elastomers are used to obtain compound. Graphene carbon fibers are transferred to an external power supply device to generate negative high pressure. Surrounding air contact is ionized to obtain negative oxygen ion by ionization. USE - Preparation method of elastic composite body. ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient to use, does not occupy space, makes people work, study, rest, and can enjoy the benefits brought by negative ion, especially for the elderly patient in the long-term bed, it can accelerate the blood circulation of the pressed part skin preventing the generation of bedsore, compared with the product of various kinds of negative ion therapeutic apparatus or health care instrument in the market, it has incomparable advantage. The method adopts monopole emission, which avoids the possibility of burning fire, improves the safety, which is one of the innovation of the invention.
