NOVELTY - A graphene oxide composite hydrogel based phase change material comprises 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide composite hydrogel base material, 85-98 pts. wt. phase-change main energy storage agent and 1-5 pts. wt. forming nucleating agent. The graphene oxide composite hydrogel base material comprises graphene oxide, chitosan, acid solution, graft monomer, initiator, crosslinker and acid-alkali neutralization and precipitation agent at ratio of 0.72-7.2 mg:1-3 g:60 mL:6-7.2 g:1-2 mL:0.2-0.5 g:5-30 mL:200-250 mL. USE - Graphene oxide composite hydrogel based phase change material used in vegetable food or pharmaceutical product cold chain transport packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is environment-friendly, non-toxic, harmless, safe and reliable, and has good heat-conducting property, fast cold storage, long service life and stable synthetic performance. The method is simple and fully uses each component energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide composite hydrogel based phase change material comprising dispersing graphene oxide nanopowder in deionized water, fully stirring, ultrasonically treating for 30-40 minutes to prepare 2 mg/mL graphene oxide solution, adding to acid solution, fully and uniformly stirring to prepare mixed solution, adding chitosan powder, magnetically stirring to dissolve, ultrasonically treating for 30-40 minutes to form graphene oxide and chitosan dispersed solution, adding initiator, processing at 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, adding graft monomer and crosslinker, processing to 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain composite hydrogel product, cooling to room temperature, neutralizing pH using acid and alkali to 8, washing using deionized water, placing into precipitating agent, dehydrating, drying into vacuum drying box to constant weight, crushing, sieving and collecting 60-100 mesh gel, stirring and mixing phase change main energy storage agent, adding forming nucleating agent, and uniformly stirring.
