USE - Graphene-coated silicon nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The silicon nanoparticles have high thickness, increase the electrical contact between particles and current collector, and improve the internal electron transfer of the composite material to reduce the impedance. The carbon produced by high-temperature pyrolysis of the carbon chain of the modifier together with the graphene forms a shell having high strength and improves the formation of a stable solid-electrolyte interphase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-coated silicon nanoparticles.
