NOVELTY - The sensor has an anti-ferromagnetic layer (1) whose material is hard magnetic anti-ferromagnetic material. A pinned layer (2) is set on the anti-ferromagnetic layer. The material of the pinned layer is metal or semi-metal with high spin polarizability. A barrier layer (3) is set on the pinned layer. A graphene layer (4) is set on the barrier layer. A free layer (5) is placed on the graphene layer. The material of the free layer is soft magnetic material with weak magnetic anisotropy. The graphene layer extends out of the barrier layer and the free layer. USE - Graphene high-sensitivity temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene high-sensitivity temperature sensor uses the quantum tunnelling characteristic of the magnetic tunnel junction and has the advantage of high temperature detection sensitivity.
