▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High barrier and corrosion resistant lithium battery packaging film comprises a nylon layer, an aluminum foil layer, and a heat-sealing layer, outer graphene layer, an inner graphene layer, and a silicone rubber layer, where the nylon layer, outer graphene layer, aluminum foil layer, inner graphene layer, silicone rubber layer and heat seal layer are sequentially distributed from the outside to the inside. The nylon layer comprises 655 wt.% MXD, 30 wt.% glass fiber 30%, 9.5 wt.% LLDPE-g-MAH, 3 wt.% nano-silica, 0.3 wt.% silane coupling agent, and 0.2 wt.% hydroquinone. The heat seal layer comprises 70 wt.% polypropylene, 28 wt.% glass fiber, 1 wt.% nano calcium carbonate, 0.5 wt.% talc, and 0.5 wt.% barium sulfate. USE - High barrier and corrosion resistant lithium battery packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The high barrier and corrosion resistant lithium battery packaging film has good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high barrier and corrosion resistant lithium battery packaging film, which involves: (A) mixing polypropylene, glass fiber, nano calcium carbonate, talc, and barium sulfate, and forming extrusion casting machine to prepare heat seal layer is prepared; (B) preparing an aluminum foil layer after degreasing and corrosion-resistant the surface of the aluminum foil; (C) coating graphene on the surface of the aluminum foil layer by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method to form an outer graphene layer and an inner graphene layer; (D) using silicone rubber layer under the action of a cross-linking agent and a catalyst; (E) mixing MXD6, glass fiber, LLDPE-g-MAH, nano-silica, a silane coupling agent, and hydroquinone, after mixing after extruding through an extruder, a nylon layer is prepared by biaxial stretching; (F) using a dry process to compositely form the nylon layer, the aluminum foil layer, the silicone rubber layer, and the heat seal layer after covering the outer graphene layer and the inner graphene layer; (G) performing performance test on the prepared packaging film; and (H) packing qualified products after testing.
