NOVELTY - Modified graphene/polyimide heat conducting composite material comprises 95-99 wt.% polyimide and 1-5 wt.% Carboxymethyl cellulose. The total sum of polyimide and modified graphene is 100 wt.%. USE - Modified graphene/polyimide heat conducting composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene/polyimide heat conducting composite material has high heat-conducting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified graphene/polyimide heat conducting composite material, which involves: (A) adding 1-5 pts. wt. flake graphite, 50-450 pts. wt. 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and 1-5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, mixing uniformly, adding 3-20 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, stirring for 30-60 minutes, heating at 35 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then adding mixture into 200-1000 pts. wt. de-ionized water, raising temperature at 85 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, adding 15-80 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide so that solution becomes golden yellow, washing with 400-2000 pts. wt. de-ionized water and 30-150 pts. wt. diluted hydrochloric acid, filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide; (B) adding 1-5 pts. wt. obtained graphene oxide, 500-2500 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran for ultrasonic treatment for 1-3 hours, adding 3-5 pts. wt. N,N-diisopropyl carbodiimide and 2-10 pts. wt. ammonia-polysilsesquioxane, heating at 65 degrees C for 48-60 hours, adding 1-5 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, reacting for 8-12 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain modified graphene; (C) adding 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, dispersing for 1-2 hours in 400-700 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide/tetrahydrofuran mixed solvent, adding 46-48 pts. wt. 1,3,4-triphenyl diether diamine, stirring under ice bath and nitrogen atmosphere, adding 49-51 pts. wt. 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride, stirring for 3-4 hours, and polymerizing in-situ to obtain modified graphene/polyamide static spinning solution; (D) subjecting modified graphene/polyamide static spinning solution for electrostatic spinning to obtain modified graphene/polyamide fiber felt heat-conducting compound; (E) drying modified graphene/polyamide fiber felt heat-conducting compound in vacuum oven at 80 degrees C for 4 hours to remove solvent, raising temperature to 120 degrees C for 1 hour followed by treating at 200 degrees C, 250 degrees C for 1 hour with 1 revolution per minute speed, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain modified graphene/polyamide heat-conducting composite fiber felt; and (F) pressing modified graphene/polyamide heat-conducting composite fiber felt to obtain modified graphene/polyamide fiber felt heat-conducting composite material.
