NOVELTY - Detecting avibactam related substances, comprises performing chromatography by using chromatographic column with porous graphene as a filler, phosphate solution as mobile phase A, organic solvent-mobile phase A as mobile phase B and elution mode is gradient elution and recording the chromatogram. USE - The method for detecting avibactam related substances used for treating adult complexity intraperitoneal infection, complex urinary tract infection (cUTI), renal infection (pyelonephritis) and Gram-negative bacteria infection. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, good economic benefit and popularization prospect, and has stability indication function, which can be used for quality control of avibactam.
