▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of tin oxide/graphene/tin oxide negative electrode material for lithium ion battery, involves transferring graphene oxide solution to reaction bottle, adding tin chloride pentahydrate in the reaction bottle and dissolving completely to obtain a mixed solution, heating the mixed solution and subjecting to centrifugal reaction, washing the centrifuged solution with deionized water and ethanol at a temperature of 40-60 degrees C to obtain black powder sample, introducing argon gas and calcining at 400 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain tin oxide/graphene/tin oxide negative electrode material. USE - Preparation of tin oxide/graphene/tin oxide negative electrode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is featured with simple process, short time-consuming, low production cost and easy batch production. The agglomeration of graphene, and graphene enhanced electric conductivity of electrode material can be prevented effectively, so as to improve the charge-discharge performance of materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of tin oxide/graphene/tin oxide negative electrode material for lithium ion battery, involves preparing 0.5-1.5 mg/mL graphene oxide solution using Hummers method, transferring graphene oxide solution to a 20 ml reaction bottle, adding 0.1-0.6 g tin chloride pentahydrate in the reaction bottle and dissolving completely to obtain a mixed solution, placing the mixed solution into a microwave synthesis apparatus, heating the mixed solution to a temperature of 160-185 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, subjecting the mixed solution to centrifugal reaction at 8000 rpm after the reaction, washing the centrifuged solution with deionized water and ethanol for 2 times at a temperature of 40-60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain black powder sample, placing the sample into a tube furnace, introducing argon gas and calcining at 400 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain tin oxide/graphene/tin oxide negative electrode material.
