NOVELTY - Manufacturing superfine denier easy-dyeing polyester-nylon composite filament fiber, comprises joining in screw extruder after mixing 85-90 pts. wt. polyester chips, 30-35 pts. wt. hexylene glycol and 30-40 pts. wt. isophthalic acid and carrying out melt extrusion to obtain melt A, (ii) joining in the screw extruder, mixing 70-80 pts. wt. nylon chips and 20-25 pts. wt. graphene powders and carrying out melt extrusion to obtain melt B; (iii) delivering melt A and the melt B to the spinning box, flowing into second distribution plate through the first distribution plate installed in the spinning box, (ii) forming mixed melt in which melt B wraps melt A, (iv) mixed melt flows out through the spinneret hole on the third distribution plate, cooling by air to form an ultra-fine denier easy-dyeing polyester-nylon composite filament fiber with a monofilament size of 0.45dtex. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing superfine denier easy-dyeing polyester-nylon composite filament fiber.
