NOVELTY - Intelligent deformable thermal protective gas gel material comprises composite shape memory silicon dioxide gas gel base body, high elastic nano fiber gas gel reinforcing body and stimulus response driving doped body. USE - The intelligent deformable thermal protective gas gel material is used as the intelligent thermal insulation material in an intelligent aircraft, an intelligent aircraft or an intelligent thermal control management switch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material exhibits excellent light weight, has high heat insulation, high temperature resistance, high strength, large deformation, high recovery, simple deformation and various characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of intelligent deformable thermal protective gas gel material comprises (i) uniformly mixing silicon source precursor, organic solvent, first catalyst and water, and reacting to obtain silica sol, (ii) adding stimulus response driving doped body into the silica sol and dispersing uniformly to obtain driving doped body doped sol, (iii) dispersing nano fiber in water to obtain nano fiber suspension, adding agglomerant to the nano fiber gel, and sequentially freezing, freeze drying and annealing to obtain high elastic nano fiber gas gel reinforced body, (iv) adding a second catalyst to the driving doped body doped sol to obtain driving doped body doped sol dipping liquid, using the driving doped body doped sol dipping solution to dip the high elastic nano fiber gas gel reinforced body and performing gel reaction to obtain intelligent deformable heat protection wet gel, and (v) performing high temperature aging, hydrophobic treatment, solvent replacement and drying of the intelligent deformable heat protection wet gel sequentially to obtain intelligent deformable thermal protection gas gel material.
