▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing highly stable and efficient excitation dependent luminescent graphene quantum dots from Bougainvillea glabra flower involves washing Bougainvillea Glabra (BG) flower with bract and cutting into small pieces, and mixing pieces of BG flower with bract along with distilled water and boiling for 30 minutes to obtain BG extract of pink color. The BG extract is cooled to room temperature, prepared multiple of samples of the BG extract, and irradiated multiple of samples of the BG extract using a scientific microwave synthesizer. USE - Method for preparing highly stable and efficient excitation dependent luminescent graphene quantum dots from Bougainvillea glabra flower. ADVANTAGE - The method is related to green synthesis approaches, and completely excludes the usage of hazardous chemicals, and is cost-effective, as it uses naturally available (Bougainvillea glabra flower) carbon sources throughout the year.
