NOVELTY - A water-based synthetic metal machining liquid comprises 10-20 wt.% anti-attrition agent, 2.0-3.5 wt.% pH stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 wt.% lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid, 0.5-1.0 wt.% rust inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.05-0.15 wt.% hard water resisting agent, 3.0-8.0 wt.% pH regulator and rest of de-ionized water. USE - Water-based synthetic metal machining liquid. ADVANTAGE - The liquid has better stability, lubrication property, abrasion resistance and environmental protection property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A water-based synthetic metal machining liquid comprises 10-20 wt.% anti-attrition agent, 2.0-3.5 wt.% pH stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 wt.% lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid, 0.5-1.0 wt.% rust inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.05-0.15 wt.% hard water resisting agent, 3.0-8.0 wt.% pH regulator and rest of de-ionized water, where the anti-attrition agent is polyethylene glycol, the pH stabilizer is selected from triethanolamine, diethanolamine, monoethanolamine, isopropanolamine, diisopropanolamine or monoisopropanolamine, the rust inhibitor is benzotriazole or boride diethanol amine, the hard water resisting agent is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, diethyl triamine penta acetic acid or hydroxyl ethylenediamine four acetic acid mixture, the pH regulator is glacial acetic acid, the lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid comprises 18 wt.% chitosan, 0.08 wt.% graphite, 1.8 wt.% alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether OP-10, 8 wt.% glacial acetic acid and 72.12 wt.% de-ionized water, and the lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid is prepared by dissolving the chitosan in the de-ionized water, adding the glacial acetic acid with the de-ionized water to obtain a chitosan acidic solution, adding the graphite and the alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether OP-10 with the chitosan acid solution to obtain a mixture, mechanical stirring the mixture at speed of 18000 rpm for 30 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 20-30 minutes to obtain the lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid. An INDEPENDANT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing water-based synthetic metal machining liquid, which involves mixing and stirring the de-ionized water, the anti-attrition agent and the pH stabilizer, adding the corrosion inhibitor, the hard water resisting agent, the rust inhibitor and the pH regulator with the obtained mixed solution, uniformly stirring the mixed solution to obtain a semi-finished product, adding the lubricity additive graphene dispersion liquid with the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
