NOVELTY - The method involves taking terylene yarn and a conductive metal wire to perform parallel processing and compounding and twisting to obtain a polyester metal wire. A metal polyester is introduced to a coating device. A graphene coating agent is sprayed on polyester metal wire by the coating device to the polyester metal wire coated with a graphene coating layer. Fabric weaving process is performed on the graphene coating metal polyester to form a composite conductive fabric. The composite conductive fabric is moved to a pressing machine for pressing and ironing and finishing shaping. USE - Method for manufacturing a composite conductive fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite conductive fabric with double protection and high safety.
