▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based thermal interface material having sandwich structure, comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide to deionized water, then adding high molecular fiber, mechanical stirring to make it disperse uniformly in graphene oxide aqueous solution to obtain mixed solution, (ii) transferring the mixed solution to double-sided evaporator, slowly assembling in oven, when the surface of slurry forms a dense film layer, stop heating to obtain assembly body composed of dense film and hydrogel, and (iii) vacuum freezing and drying the assembly, performing heat treatment under argon atmosphere and after applying a certain pressure to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based thermal interface material having sandwich structure. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based thermal interface material having sandwich structure avoids local hot spot problems and ensures rapid transfer of heat flow from heat source to heat sink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-based thermal interface material having sandwich structure obtained by above method in which inner and outer surface thermal conductivities of graphene-based thermal interface material are 8-160 Wm-1K-1and 1-15 Wm-1K-1.
