NOVELTY - Preparing reinforced heat transfer composite material for graphene surface, comprises (i) evenly mixing graphene material with isopropanol to obtain negatively charged graphene material solution, (ii) adding magnesium salt to graphene solution to obtain mixed solution, the weight ratio between graphene material and magnesium salt is 1:5-3:1; and (iii) taking the conductive material as the cathode, performing electrophoretic deposition in the mixed solution to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing reinforced heat transfer composite material for graphene surface. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the graphene material which is connected to the surface of conductive material in vertically oriented manner, and the vertically oriented graphene material can reduce the superheat required for the initial nucleate boiling of the phase change heat transfer, and significantly increase the phase change heat transfer rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reinforced heat transfer composite material obtained by above method.
