▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-hexagonal boron nitride surface inner heterojunction involves depositing a nickel layer with a nano-scale thickness on the surface of a copper foil using a mask with a prefabricated pattern, placing the obtained copper substrate in a tubular furnace, sequentially depositing graphene and hexagonal boron nitride by chemical vapor deposition method and controlling the cooling speed, and cooling the tubular furnace to room temperature.
