▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified polyamide composite material comprises (1) reacting aliphatic comonomer and graphene oxide to obtain prepolymer, where the aliphatic comonomer is caprolactam, 6-aminocaproic acid, 9-aminononanoic acid, 11-aminoundecanoic acid, laurolactam, nylon 56 salt and/or nylon 66 salt, (2) reacting the raw materials including prepolymer, aliphatic diamine, aromatic dibasic acid, catalyst, antioxidant and lubricant to obtain final product, the aliphatic diamine is pentamethylene diamine, hexanediamine, nonanediamine, decanediamine and/or dodecanediamine, the aromatic dibasic acid is terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid and/or 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the mechanical properties of the graphene-modified polyamide composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-modified polyamide composite material prepared by above method.
