NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene-nano silver solder paste comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene nanosheets in deionized water to prepare 0.5-1 mg/mL graphene suspension, mixing with a surfactant aqueous solution, centrifuging, and dispersing precipitate in distilled water to obtain functionalized graphene aqueous solution; and magnetically stirring silver nitrate aqueous solution, a surfactant, and an organic dispersant at 25-50 degrees C, magnetically stirring with the functionalized graphene aqueous solution for 30 minutes, adding hydrazine hydrate, washing with ethanol, and centrifuging. USE - Method for preparing a graphene-nano silver solder paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a graphene-nano silver solder paste comprises: (A) preparing graphene by carrying out strong oxidizing treatment of a natural graphite powder to obtain oxidized graphene oxide aqueous solution, centrifuging, filtering, and drying to obtain solid graphene oxide; (B) performing ultrasonic treatment to the graphite oxide, and adding a reducing agent under solvothermal condition to obtain graphene nanosheets; (C) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene nanosheets in deionized water to prepare 0.5-1 mg/mL graphene suspension, dissolving 0.4-1 g/mL surfactant in distilled water to prepare a surfactant aqueous solution, mixing with the graphene suspension under magnetic stirring, centrifuging, and dispersing precipitate in distilled water to obtain functionalized graphene aqueous solution; and (D) magnetically uniformly stirring at 25-50 degrees C silver nitrate aqueous solution, a surfactant, and an organic dispersant to obtain a mixed solution, magnetically stirring with the functionalized graphene aqueous solution for 30 minutes, dropwise adding hydrazine hydrate, washing with ethanol or distilled water, and centrifuging.
