▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated electronic compound comprises (i) taking calcium source and the aluminum source compound, mixing the Ca source and the Al source to obtain a mixture; (ii) placing the mixture into an organic solvent, stirring and mixing the mixture with the organic solvent to obtain a clear and transparent solution; and (iii) placing the transparent solution into a high-pressure reaction vessel, placing the high-pressure reaction vessel in a crucible furnace, and heating at a high temperature of 400-700℃ for a period of time to obtain graphene-coated electronic compounds. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-coated electronic compound. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical.
