▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrode material, obtained by (i) pretreatment of conductive glass ITO, (ii) using an electrochemical deposition method, depositing layer of uniform zinc oxide nanoparticles on the surface of the conductive glass ITO to obtain ITO-zinc oxide, and (iii) sequentially drop-coating graphene material and glucose oxidase GOx aqueous solution on ITO-zinc oxide, and drying to obtain electrode material. USE - The electrode material is useful as photoanode in an enzymatic biofuel cell (claimed) used for directly converting chemical energy in fuel into electric energy by using biomass as catalyst or microorganism as catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material: is simple to prepare; has mild conditions and high safety, and can achieve a large power density under illumination conditions.
