NOVELTY - Wall damage self-repairing decorative coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. elastic emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 16-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-1.5 pts. wt. siliceous lime powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. bentonite, 1-5 pts. wt. hydroxyapatite, 10-20 pts. wt. self-repairing microcapsules, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. polyamide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 1-1.5 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 2.2-6.1 pts. wt. functional auxiliary agent, and 10-30 pts. wt. solvent. The self-repairing microcapsules are of two kinds, and the two self-repairing microcapsules are made of urea-formaldehyde resin as a wall material. The lignin-modified polyurethane prepolymer and the polyether amine are respectively used as core materials, and the mass ratio of the two microcapsules is 1:1. USE - Wall damage self-repairing decorative coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a wall damage self-healing decorative coating, which involves: (A) mixing the elastic emulsion with a solvent to obtain a mixture A; (B) mixing calcium silicate, titanium dioxide, graphene, silicon lime powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, kaolin, bentonite, hydroxyapatite and grinding to obtain a mixture B; (C) adding mixture B to the mixture A, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture C; (D) adding polyamide, polylactic acid and polyvinyl acetate to the mixture C, and slowly raising the temperature to 40-60 degrees C under stirring; (E) stirring for 1-2h, the temperature is reduced to 30-40 degrees C, adding functional additives other than pH adjuster, stirring and mixing for 30-60min; and (F) adjusting pH of the solution system to 7.5-9.0 using a pH adjuster, and finally the self-repairing microcapsules are added and stirring is continued for 3-6 hours to obtain a wall-damage self-repairing decorative coating.
