NOVELTY - Graphene-liquid metal heat conducting gasket comprises multiple layers of graphene film (3) stacked in sequence. The adjacent layers of the graphene film are coated with adhesive (4). The graphene film is provided with multiple through-holes passing through the upper and lower surfaces. The through-holes are filled with liquid metal. The liquid metal is filled in the gap of the inner structure. USE - The heat conducting gasket is useful in thermal interface material and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive gasket: has excellent electric performance, heat-conducting performance, and relatively low melting point; reduces the thermal resistance of the graphene film by filling the voids inside the graphene film with liquid metal; improves the thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive gasket; and maintains better mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of graphene-liquid metal heat conducting gasket.
