NOVELTY - Impermeable anti-corrosion coating with excellent stability and strong adhesion comprises 40-60 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4-6 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 35-40 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-3 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia, 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 8-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene/polyaniline/modified zinc phosphate terpolymer and 10-20 pts. wt. dimethyl cyclosiloxane. USE - As impermeable anti-corrosion coating with excellent stability and strong adhesion. ADVANTAGE - The impermeable anti-corrosion coating has improved rust resistance, impermeability, stability and stronger adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the impermeable anti-corrosion coating, which involves (i) adding deionized water, anti-flash rust agent, styrene-acrylic emulsion, dimethylcyclosiloxane and silane coupling agent to a reaction kettle, start stirring at 100-120 rpm, gradually heating at 40-50degrees Celsius while stirring, dripping aqueous ammonia until the mixed solution is weakly alkaline, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed emulsion (A), (ii) adding graphene/polyaniline/modified zinc phosphate terpolymer, leveling agent, thickening agent, and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to the mixed emulsion (A) obtained in step (i) to speed up the stirring speed, and stirring at 150-200 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution (B), (iii) adding filler and antifoaming agent to the mixed emulsion (B) obtained in step (ii), and continuously stirring at 150-200 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution (C), and (iv) adding a curing agent to the mixed solution (C) obtained in step (iii), and continuously stirring at 150-200 rpm to obtain the impermeable and anti-corrosion coating.
