NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene-based dolasetron mesylate intermediate involves mixing methyl 3-cyclopentene-1-carboxylate with aqueous solution of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide, then adding potassium citrate and phenylboronic acid, oxidizing, adding sodium periodate and continuously oxidizing to obtain dialdehyde intermediate product, carrying out Robinson Schopf reaction of dialdehyde intermediate product with 1,3-acetonedicarboxylic acid to obtain methyl 3-methoxycarboxy-7-oxo-9-azabicyclo-decane-9-acetate, adding graphene oxide solution and tetrahydrofuran solution to methyl 3-methoxycarboxy-7-oxo-9-azabicyclo-decane-9-acetate, uniformly mixing, carrying out reduction reaction in the presence of sodium borohydride and sodium iodide, then adding dihydropyran, and carrying out cyclization reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based dolasetron mesylate intermediate.
