NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-type material, comprises taking organic small molecule as carbon source and assembling on substrate using atmospheric-pressure physical weather transmission method to obtain final product. USE - The graphene-type material is useful: as organic semiconductor layer in preparing organic functional devices including organic field effect transistor; and as electrode in preparing organic logic circuit including inverter or oscillator, integrated circuit and lithium battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-type material, prepared by above mentioned method.
