The content of the graphene is 3-30 at%. The arrangement direction of the graphene in the silver-graphene composite plating film is at least one chosen from perpendicular, parallel and oblique to the substrate. USE - The film metal-made portion is used for automotive terminal. ADVANTAGE - The film metal-made portion has excellent conductivity, wear resistance and lubricity.
