NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced silicon core pipe comprises 190-200 pts. wt. N-decane, 65-75 pts. wt. straight-chain undecene olefin, 190-200 pts. wt. hydrogen silicone oil, 15-20 pts. wt. hydroxystearic acid, 4-6 pts. wt. lithium hydroxide, 45-55 pts. wt. polyethylene carrier resin, 5-7 pts. wt. masterbatch, 60-70 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 3.6-4 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. nano-lanthanum oxide, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. triphenyl phosphate, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. bromobutyl emulsion, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant 168, 1-2 pts. wt. glycerol and deionized water. USE - Graphene reinforced silicon core pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced silicon core pipe has enhanced flame retardant effect, increased hardness, high wear resistance, and ensures prolonged service life and reduced maintenance cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene reinforced silicon core pipe, which involves (1) mixing n-decane and straight-chain undecene olefin, heating at 120 degrees C for 3-4 hours, dripping hydrogen silicone oil and chloroplatinic acid, increasing the temperature to 130-140 degrees C, stirring for 6-8 hours and removing low boiling substance to obtain olefin-modified silicone oil, (2) adding graphene, nano-lanthanum oxide and deionized water into high energy mill, grinding for 50-70 minutes, drying the mixed material, adding triphenyl phosphate, polyethylene wax and brominated butyl emulsion into reaction tank, heating at 60-80 degrees C, stirring for 30-45 minutes, adding mixed material to stir evenly, drying and crushing and (3) mixing hydroxystearic acid, adding prepared modified silicone oil to the reaction kettle, increasing the temperature to 80-90 degrees C, stirring to dissolve hydroxy stearic acid, increasing the temperature to 90-110 degrees C, adding lithium hydroxide, carrying out saponification for 1-2 hours, after completion of the reaction, increasing the temperature to 120-140 degrees C, dehydrating, adding 1/3 of hydrocarbon-modified silicone oil, increasing temperature to 200-220 degrees C, stop heating, adding remaining hydrocarbyl-modified silicone oil, reducing temperature to 120-140 degrees C, adding product prepared in step (2), stirring, cooling, grinding and degassing, (4) adding polyethylene carrier resin, antioxidant 168 and glycerin into kneading type parallel twin screw extruder, heating at 195-205 degrees C, adding masterbatch, high-density polyethylene and remaining material through extruder and cooling.
