DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene expanded polystyrene formulation, involves (1) using graphite of 20-1000 mesh size as raw material, mixing graphite and oxide intercalation agent comprising mixture of acid, nitrate and potassium permanganate at mass ratio of 1:(1-5):(0.1-0.5):(0.1-0.5), (2) ultrasonically reacting with frequency microwave of 2450 MHz for 5-100 seconds, controlling output power of 50-150 kW and peeling off graphene with 3-10 layers, (3) soaking graphene in alcohol for 1-5 hours at mass ratio of 1:(5-10) and filtering to obtain modified graphene, (4) recovering white expanded polystyrene molded product, crushing, blending with modified graphene and carrying out extrusion granulation. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene expanded polystyrene composite board, which involves (1) adding 38-45 %mass styrene, 48.85-59.1 %mass pure water, 0.04-0.2 %mass graphene expanded polystyrene masterbatch, 0.3-1 %mass dispersing agent, 0.01-0.05 %mass auxiliary dispersing agent to reactor, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 100-150 rpm, (2) adding 0.05-0.4 %mass initiator, stirring at 150-200 rpm, heating at 88-91 degrees C and carrying out polymerization for 6-8 hours, (3) sealing, blowing pentane and heating at 115-125 degrees C for 3.5-6 hours, (4) cooling, filtering and drying.
