▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based organic carrier comprises 80-95 %mass organic solvent, 1-10 %mass thixotropic agent, 1-6 %mass plasticizer, 1-6 %mass binder and 0.01-0.14 %mass functional graphene. The number of graphene layers in the functional graphene is 1-100 layers. USE - Graphene-based organic carrier for use in electronic slurry (claimed) used in production of solar cell electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based organic carrier has excellent leveling property and excellent dispersion property of silver particles, while improves electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the electronic slurry, and greatly enhances performance of electronic slurry in solar cell electrode production and photoelectric conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-based organic carrier; (2) electronic slurry; and (3) preparation of electronic slurry.
