▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Supported catalyst, comprises metal catalyst and solid carrier; where the metal catalyst is aromatic nickel-phosphorus-containing compound (I), and the metal catalyst is attached to the solid carrier. USE - The supported catalyst is useful in preparing polyolefin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is composed of supported catalyst: is electrically conductive, thermally conductive, flame retardant and photodegradable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Supported catalyst, comprises metal catalyst and solid carrier; where the metal catalyst is aromatic nickel-phosphorus-containing compound of formula (I), and the metal catalyst is attached to the solid carrier. R1= silyl (substituted), 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, or phenyl (both optionally substituted), nitro, or hydroxy; either R2and R3= silyl (substituted), 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, or phenyl (both optionally substituted), H, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, nitro, or hydroxy; or R2R3form bond with each other to form = ring; either R4and R5 = 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, or phenyl (both optionally substituted); or R4R5form bond with each other to form = ring; either R6and R7= H, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, aryl, oxygen-containing groups, nitrogen-containing groups, sulfur-containing groups, boron-containing groups, aluminum-containing groups, phosphorus-containing groups, silicon-containing groups or tin-containing groups; or R6R7 form bond with each other to form = ring; and X = alkali metal element. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing supported catalyst, comprising preparing ligand solution and metal source nickel solution respectively, dropwise adding the ligand solution into the metal source nickel solution to react to obtain nickel-containing compound of formula (III), adding metal source X to react with (III) to obtain metal catalyst, adding the metal catalyst into first organic solvent dispersed with solid carrier, and reacting to obtain final product, where the ligand is phosphorus-containing compound of formula (II); and preparing polyolefin composite material, comprising catalyzing olefin by the supported catalyst, where the olefin includes ethylene or α-olefins, the α-olefins includes 3-18C terminal olefin, preferably propylene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 1-octene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 1-decene, 1-dodecene, and/or 1-octadecene, the supported catalyst acts as a filler for the composite material in situ after polymerization, the processes used to polymerize olefins include slurry polymerization, loop polymerization or gas phase polymerization, the preparation of the polyolefin composite material is carried out in a second organic solvent at 0-200 ℃ under 0.1-50 MPa, and the second organic solvent includes less than 12C hydrocarbons and cyclic hydrocarbons, and/or aromatic or substituted aromatic hydrocarbons.
