NOVELTY - High-thermal conductivity polyketone (POK) composite material comprises 40-64 pts. wt. POK resin; 5-35 pts. wt. graphene; 15-30 pts. wt. graphite; and 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - High thermal conducting POK composite material is used in the field of automobile, electronic, electric and communication fields (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to pulley, gear and bearing. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductive POK composite material has good thermal conductivity, good resistance, low water absorption and high toughness, and improves the traditional thermal conducting material mechanical property is bad, easy water absorption, bad size stability, large brittleness, bad resistance and so on, future application scene is wider. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of high thermal conductivity POK composite material comprising: uniformly mixing the preparation raw materials uniformly, extruding and granulating; where the preparation raw materials also include glass fibers, and the extrusion granulation adopts twin-screw melt extrusion and granulation, feeding the glass fibers into the twin-screw extruder from the side feeding barrel; the twin-screw extrusion temperature is set at 190-255degrees Celsius, and the main engine speed is 250-400 revolutions/minute.
