▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyester fiber sound-absorbing body comprises 10-20 pts. wt. low-melting polyester staple fibers, 10-60 pts. wt. conventional polyester staple fibers, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon particles, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.8-3.5 pts. wt. biochar, and 5-10 pts. wt. enhanced adsorption components, where the enhanced adsorption components are obtained by mixing residue wool, sponge, rock wool, medical stone, bentonite, zeolite, kaolin and chitosan. USE - As polyester fiber sound-absorbing body. ADVANTAGE - The sound-absorbing body eliminates need for keels, reduces transmission of sound vibration, and has excellent sound absorption and noise reduction effects without the use of adhesives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the sound-absorbing body involving (a) mixing the low-melting polyester staple fiber and the conventional polyester staple fiber are respectively in a cotton rolling equipment, (b) feeding the fibers processed by the cotton rolling equipment to a cotton mixing machine through the compression device, further mixing the fibers uniformly by the cotton mixing machine, subjecting the uniformly mixed fibers to a carding equipment and forming a fiber web after opening, (c) mixing the carbon particles, diatomaceous earth, graphene, biochar and enhanced adsorption components into a fiber net, sending the fiber net to a stacking equipment for stacking after mixing evenly, (d) first needling the stacked fiber web with a needle density of 1.5-1.8 needles/cm2 and forming a fiber cotton, (e) placing cotton felt on the fiber cotton and carrying out second needling with a needle density of 1-1.3 needles/cm2 and a needle penetration depth of 1/3 to 3/4 of the thickness of fiber cotton, (f) cutting needle-punched cotton felt by cutting equipment into needle-punched cotton felt pieces, heat setting the needle-punched cotton felt pieces in a heat setting equipment at 170-220 degrees C for 2-4 minutes, and (g) adding the needle-punched cotton felt on a molding machine and squeezing through the mold to obtain the product.
