NOVELTY - The production method of graphene/polyimide composite material involves mixing oxidized graphene and dimethylsulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding vinyl dimethoxy silane, N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, triethylamine and 2-vinyl-5-mercaptoaniline, cooling, dispersing, washing with dimethylsulfoxide and deionized water, drying, reacting modified graphene, dimethylsulfoxide, 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether, pyromellitic dianhydride, dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, polyamic acid, mixing filtering, drying, heating, pressurizing and cooling. USE - Production of graphene/polyimide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene/polyimide composite material with enhanced compatibility and improved mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene/polyimide composite material involves (1) adding 10-20 g oxidized graphene into 500 ml two-neck round bottom flask equipped with a thermometer, adding 10-15 ml dimethylsulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 180-200 W for 1-2 hours, obtaining stable and uniformly dispersed oxidized graphene, (2) adding 20-30 ml vinyl dimethoxy silane, 10-20 ml N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, 2-3 ml triethylamine and 10-20 ml 2-vinyl-5-mercaptoaniline, controlling the ice bath dispersion temperature at 0-5 degrees C, stirring for 10-12 hours, carrying out vacuum-dispersion and obtaining a mixture containing graphene, (3) washing the mixture with dimethylsulfoxide and deionized water, drying the washed resulting material in vacuum oven at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, obtaining modified graphene containing different crosslinkable groups, (4) adding 0.01-0.02 g modified graphene into round bottom flask and adding 100-200 ml dimethylsulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 180-200 W for 1-2 hours, obtaining stable and dispersed modified graphene, (5) adding 50-60 ml 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether and 40-50 ml pyromellitic dianhydride, dripping 20-30 ml mixed solution at a rate of 2-3 ml/minute, adding dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, controlling ice bath temperature at 0-5 degrees C, stirring for 2-3 hours, obtaining polyamic acid, (6) adding modified graphene dispersion, stirring for 8-10 hours and carrying out vacuum suction filtration to obtain graphene polyimide mixture, drying the mixture in vacuum oven at 50-60 degrees C, heating at 180-200 degrees C, maintaining pressure of 5-7 MPa for 30-40 minutes, depressurizing to 0 MPa, heating at 300-400 degrees C, pressurizing to 15 MPa for 1-2 hours, naturally cooling to 100-120 degrees C and unloading mold.
