▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing platinum carbon nano-catalyst with uniform and high efficiency and small particle diameter comprises (i) dissolving the platinum salt and alkali salt in the polyol solvent to obtain polyol solution of two salts, mixing the polyol solution of the two salts under the protection of inert atmosphere, heating and reacting to obtain the dispersion of platinumcontaining nano particles; (ii) mixing the platinum containing nano-particle dispersion with acidic solution, using centrifugation to separate the platinum nano-particles in the dispersion and continuously washing for 3-5 times with acidic solution; (iii) adding the low boiling point solvent into the acid washed platinum nano particles, dispersing, adding carbon carrier, dispersing again, and drying by rotary evaporator; and (iv) re-dispersing the dried powder in the deionized water, filtering and washing with deionized water and drying the filter cake to obtain the platinum carbon catalyst. USE - The method for preparing platinum carbon nano catalyst is used in proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare uniform high-efficiency small grain diameter platinum carbon nano catalyst, which has reduced oxidation-reduction potential, and reduces the adding amount of alkali, hydroxide ion and platinum ion forming coordination, and damage to the adsorption state carbon monoxide layer on the surface of the platinum nano particles.
